This is the list of ingredients to prepare a glass of “Bellini cocktail”.
- 3 Measures of Champagne very cold.
- 1 Measure of Peach juice, peeled, sweetened and beaten.
- Powdered sugar
1 Measure = 50ml / 1,5 oz / 5cl

Preparation:
To make the “Bellini Cocktail” we will follow these steps:
(It is advisable to have a cocktail shaker to facilitate the work).
- Dip the edge of a Champagne flute glass in some Peach juice.
- Spread it with the Sugar.
- Wait for the rim of the glass to dry.
- Pour the Peach Juice into the frosty glass.
- Carefully finish filling with very chilled champagne.
- Enjoy your drink!
