Mimosa Cocktail - Effervescent Drink

Ingredients:

This is the list of ingredients to prepare a glass of “Mimosa cocktail”.
  • Champagne very cold.
  • 1/2 Measure of Orange Curacao
  • Pulp of 1 Passion Fruit
  • Crushed ice
  • 1 Slice of Carambola or Orange to garnish
1 Measure = 50ml / 1,5 oz / 5cl See measurement table.

Preparation:

For the preparation of the “Mimosa Cocktail we will follow these steps: (It is advisable to have a cocktail shaker to facilitate the work).
  • Extract the passion fruit pulp over a jar or shaker.
  • Add the Orange Curacao, a little crushed ice.
  • Stir until they are very cold.
  • Pour the contents into a cold flute cup.
  • Complete the cup filling with Champagne.
  • Garnish with the slice of Carambola or Orange.
  • Enjoy your drink!
