Chicago Cocktail

The Chicago Cocktail is a combination of Champagne with egg white, lemon juice, a little bit of brandy, a little bit of Cointreau and Angostura.

Taking its name from the Windy City, the Chicago Cocktail is an ingredient-rich mix that will bring a breath of fresh air to your palate.

It is this great variety of ingredients that makes this recipe a great cocktail for sophisticated parties or just to try something different and sparkling. The bitter taste of the Extra Brut Champagne and Angostura is balanced by the powdered sugar on the rim of the glass. At the end of the drink, a hint of orange from the Cointreau completes this great cocktail.
