This is the list of ingredients to prepare a glass of “Mimosa cocktail”.
- Champagne very cold.
- 1/2 Measure of Orange Curacao
- Pulp of 1 Passion Fruit
- Crushed ice
- 1 Slice of Carambola or Orange to garnish
1 Measure = 50ml / 1,5 oz / 5cl

Preparation:
For the preparation of the “Mimosa Cocktail“ we will follow these steps:
(It is advisable to have a cocktail shaker to facilitate the work).
- Extract the passion fruit pulp over a jar or shaker.
- Add the Orange Curacao, a little crushed ice.
- Stir until they are very cold.
- Pour the contents into a cold flute cup.
- Complete the cup filling with Champagne.
- Garnish with the slice of Carambola or Orange.
- Enjoy your drink!
